What is HiddenBCC?

HiddenBCC automatically adds one or more predefined e-mail addresses to every message before it is sent out.

With this you can ensure that for example every outgoing message is sent to a reviewer or it goes to a seperate archiving e-mail address.

The best thing is that you will not even notice that HiddenBCC is active. No additionals buttons or menu items are being displayed.

Please note: HiddenBCC DOES NOT forward processed addresses elsewhere.
We respect your privacy! If you are concerned about this do not hesitate to find out by yourself: Install a SMTP service (e.g. your local Windows XP SMTP Service), send a message to it and trace the log while HiddenBCC is running. Also check your Firewall for additional connections from HiddenBCC (except the one from Outlook to TCP Port 25 while sending a message of course :-) ). Your SMTP log will only display the addresses included within your message plus the added one(s) from HiddenBCC and your Firewall will not display any additional connection.

How does it work?

After installing HiddenBCC you can configure the BCC recipient(s) thru a seperate Configuration Tool:

That's all. Start or restart Outlook now and the specified recipient(s) will be added to every message as additional BCC recipient(s) as soon as the user hits the send button.

If you do not want that the user on the machine you have HiddenBCC installed on can change the BCC recipient(s), simply delete the Config Tool from the start menu and program files folder. You can even distribute the settings thrugh a group policy by defining registry keys!
