Add-In for
Microsoft Outlook
HiddenArchive is an Add-In for Microsoft Outlook 2000/2002 (XP)/2003 which
automatically saves every incoming and/or outgoing message to your Hard Disk as
.msg File.
Good to know: HiddenArchive is the bigger brother of
HiddenSave for Outlook.

What is HiddenArchive?
HiddenArchive automatically saves every incoming and outgoing message to your
hard disk. The saved Message File has an .msg Extension, so simply double
click the .msg File to open it again in Outlook.
With this Add-In you can ensure that for example every message which
comes in or goes out is stored for archiving purposes in case the message
accidentially gets lost (deleted) in Outlook.
The best thing is that you will not even notice that HiddenArchive is active.
No additional buttons or menu items are being displayed.
Please note: HiddenArchive
DOES NOT forward processed messages.
We respect your privacy! If you are concerned about this do not
hesitate to find out by yourself: Install a SMTP service (e.g. your local
Windows XP SMTP Service), send a message to it and trace the log while
HiddenArchive is running. Also check your Firewall for additional connections
from HiddenArchive (except the one from Outlook to TCP Port 25 while sending a
message of course :-) ). Your SMTP log will only display the the original
message which is sent out by Outlook.
How does it work?
After installing HiddenArchive you can configure the Folder to save sent
messages by using a seperate Configuration Tool which is shipped with
HiddenArchive for Outlook:
That's all. Start or restart Outlook now and every message will be saved to
the specified Folders as soon as a new message comes in or you hit the send
button on an outgoing message.
If you do not want that the user on the machine you have HiddenArchive
installed on can change the Configuration, simply delete the Config Tool from
the start menu and program files folder. You can even distribute the settings
thrugh a group policy by defining registry keys!
