Computer Crashes Constantly
Greetings,
My laptop is supposed to go into Standby after 25 minutes, but instead it
just crashes. This only started happening about two weeks ago, and the only
thing that changed were the updates that I downloaded from Microsoft Update.
Why would my computer crash trying to go into Standby? Is this happening to
anyone else?
Thanks,
Shane.

XP 'Favorites' folder has a problem
I use a Dell Precision M90, Windows XP Professional SP3
My XP 'Favorites' folder has a problem, when I click on a Favourite Link to
a Website it opens my Print-Window, as do any auto-links not in my
'Favorites' folder.
Is there a Registry fix or <ini> type file that controls the pointing
instructions, for help, thank you?
David.

XP "Help and Support" feature not working
From the Start menu, when I click on the link that says "Help and Support"
nothing happens. It's as if I've not clicked anything at all. Also, in MS
Word, or other programs, the help feature doesn't work either. A help box
pops up, but is completely blank, and nothing loads.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it might be related to the new version of
Java that was just released and updated/...

I've found 5% and 10% discounts.

with "Invalid Product Key". Microsoft support is confusing, as well. Can
