Sharing printer wirelessly with no router??
Our community installed wi-fi, so I have independent wireless internet
access from my 3 in-home computers (2-XPPro & 1-Win98SE) without
having a router of any kind installed. I have a laser printer I would
like to attach to one of those computers and share wirelessly (and
securely) with the other 2 computers via a semi home network (no file
sharing). Given the lack of a router, is that possi...

Where are the files hiding?
I'm planning to make some major backups of my WinXP Home system. I started
by trying to get an idea of the space required. Here's what I learned,
using the Windows Explorer and the Properties command on the various folders
(all in GB, and displaying hidden and system files):
C: (entire drive) 87

Need help with stored profile problem

internet for more than 1/2 an hour or so, pages hang up, won't load/
reload and I have to restart my computer in order to get back to the
web. Unfortunately, after this most recent restart I got a message
saying:
"Windows cannot load the locally stored profile.
Possible causes of this error include insufficient

MSN Messenger pages not displaying
What causes MSN and other pages not to display, when other webpages
happily display ? The usual restart of router, take out broadband
connection and reconnect etc. resolves it, but is there an easier way
and can anyone put their finger on what really is the cause. It is a
pain having to reset the connectivity every few weeks. When it fails,
even a friends laptop cannot access his own msn mess...

Where Is Flash Player
I think I've succeeded in saving a YouTube video to my disk using
YouTubex, and I'm told I need Flash Player to view it. I downloaded
Flash Player, but the installer didn't say where it was putting it. I
can't find it using Search. It shows up on the list of installed
programs, but with no size indicated. Any idea what my problem is?...

Video file extension
I downloaded a video from YouTube and was told it should have the .flv
extension. When I click on it, Windows (XP) says it can't open it. It
supposedly should be played with FlashPlayer, which I downloaded but now
can't find. Could it be that Windows says it can't open it because it
knows it needs FlashPlayer and it can't find it either?...

Trojan Horse
This may be the wrong news group for this question. If it is, kindly tell me
the correct one.
I am using OE 6 and IE 7 w/ windows XP SP2.
AVG anti-Virus Free Edition performed its regularly scheduled scan of my
computer.
It found a Trojan Horse named JS/Uniz.B
It also provided a file name and path.
Upon completion of the scan, it deleted the Trojan.
