When turning off the computer I am unable to use the Stand by link as it is faded. The Turn off and Restart links are OK. Yesterday and before the Stand by link was also OK, somehow today it's no go. (internet explorer, word, outlook express etc) When i switch between them using taskbar buttons it's very slow. So it takes maybe even few seconds for the selected applicatin to appear.
