Howto join 2 wmv's without re-encode
i have 2 high quality wmvs i'd like to merge (trying to avoid any gap), but i
can't seem to figure out how to do this in encoder without applying some sort
of re-encode, which i must aviod. is there any way to bypass encoding and
just slap the 2 files together? thank you....

Problems with Stereo converting to mono
Media Enconder is set to encode live from the Line In on the audio card.
There are 2 audio sources. One coming in on the left channel and the other
on the right. The output of the audio card on the Endoder machine properly
seperates the audio. One source can be heard from one speaker and the other

Need a prx that contains Vista's Windows Movie Maker settings
If I use Windows Vista's Movie Maker, it takes me about 1.25% the length of
an mpeg video to encode it to .wmv (So, if it's an hour long mpeg, it takes
about 1:15 to encode it). I went out and looked at the resultant bit rate
(about 3K for video), and made myself a .prx with the same VBR and a 128K
audio bit rate. When I use that in the batch Windows Media Encoder tool

WME 9 stops when client connects
I'm using WME 9 to live stream to a client. When the client first connects
WME always stops encoding. If I start encoding again and the client connects
in runs fine.
Any ideas why this happens?
