LogonUI / LSA when submiting credentials?
This might seem not very reliable case, but stay with me on this
explanation, it seems that windows has a bug here:
We have a Credential Provider for proprietery logon with Smart Cards.
In the Crededntial Provider I read the accounts from the Smart Card
and submit them in the GetSerialization method packed in
KERB_INTERACTIVE_LOGON. The login works fine. When I write the domain/

How can I run Office Enterprise 2007 with UAC enabled as a user?
The problem I have is that every time I try to run an Office app it kicks off

even though I am logged in as an administator, with the error, "Microsoft

Cannot remote desktop, do both machines need to be on same domain?
I'm attempting to RD to my Vista machine from XP machine, but the XP
one is not on same domain. Therefore, I'm unable to "add user" from
the Vista RD settings. There are both on the same network and can ping
each other.
Do both machines need to be on same domain? If so, then I'd rather
revert to VNC or something similar where if I can ping the damned IP,
I can login with user/pwd.

Can't enable or disable programs in Security Center
I find that I am no longer able to change the status of programs in the

network, I run Home Premium, and I am the only administrator. Has anyone
