Security setting in Vista keeping laptop from connecting??

LocalSystem cannot enumerate domains on Windows Vista

Can't Drag & Drop onto CMD window?
Hi, Under Win2k, I can drag a BAT file onto the CMD window from a UNC path and it will place the path to the file at the prompt ready to run. On Vista, I just get a "no entry" sign.
