He's having trouble faxing with Vista. He can fax out okay when he picks the recipient from his address book but he's unable to just type in a local fax number and hit send. The file direct from Samsung does the same. According to Microsoft's site at: https://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/install/drvpkgerrors.mspx that error code is the fault of Samsung. A user installed a printer from our Win 2K Print server. I am sure that an XP driver was used.
