Cant get at my EMail
please can you help
I am having trouble accessing my email fro our new lap top..............well
i cant access it at all actually.
i have tried on tools..............accounts.............and then added
pop3.blueyonder.co.uk and smtp.blueyonder.co.uk but from there on i cant
seem to get through the user name then password even though i have just
entered it.

POP Error message
I am getting th error message below when trying to set up my email account
for the first time; my firewall protection is disabled. I have followed the
troubleshooting instructions of adjusting the outgoing smtp and that has not
resolved the situation. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Email accounts
On my old computer I had Outlook express and was able to switch Identities
from one email account to another and everyone received there own emails now
that I have Windows mail I can't figure out how to separate my email accounts
so we can switch identies and each receive our own emails. I have two
separate email accounts set up. Is this possible? ...

Fonts - signature font lost in list of fonts
In the list for fonts to be used for New Mail, the signature font choice is
now missing. Is there a way to update font choices or download new ones? At
the end of my e-mail message it was nice to use the signature font for my
name - but now it's gone and I miss it. Any and all help is appreciated.

HELP!!
I was on Craigslist and could not send an email. We use msn and have Verizon
service. What do I need to do to get Windows mail to work. How do I get my
Windows email to function? I get a rejected email address and says my email
message could not be sent. If I need to set something up through Windows it
would be great if I had an explanation in a language that the non-computer
genius...

I have a huge mail box on my pop server. how can i prevent donwnl
I don't want windows mail to grab the 8K emails i have on my pop server.
but, it thinks it needs to do so. isn't there an option to only download the
emails within the last 5 days? then thereafter only the new emails since
last time it was checked?

Transferring mail from OE to Windows Mail
I thought that the Address Book would be an easy place to start copying
everything from Outlook Express 5 to a new machine with Windows Mail.
I soon found out that the export/import process
1. corrupts all the non-ASCII characters in contacts' names;
2. throws away the organization of contacts into groups.
When I get that lot sorted out by hand, I can look forward to trying to get

Can someone help ME?
For as long as I have had my computer (over a year), I have been
unsuccessful in being able to use WINDOWS MAIL. I have tried using google,
yahoo, windows live, and my internet provider and I too recieve the same
message only I am able to send from windows just not recieve from others.

Als ik deze bijlages wil openen,krijg ik de melding dat er `n koppeling
gemaakt moet worden in het config.scherm onder KOPPELINGEN.
Dat vind ik alleen onder TAAKBEHEER vreemd genoeg en is het daar wel goed

windows mail don't receive mail
Hi there!
This is the second time I have this problem. The first time it started
working "by itself".
I use windows mail. A few days ago it worked normally. Now I get error
message 0x800ccc19. Time out error. By webmail I can read my messages
but the Vista windows mail won't receive them to my computer. I use

Date and time errors in Windows Mail
My mail seems to register itself in the US, yet I'm in Australia. The dates
sent/received are always wrong, I can even send things on tomorrow's date.
How can I correct this? The PC time is OK, just the mail...

Windows mail.Cannot send emails.
Have a laptop with the very same settings in outlook express. This is a brand
new computer.and have the settings set the same. Can receive messages. Have
outlook set up on the new computer and can send and receive. but trying to
use microsoft mail. for my work email just like it is set up on my laptop.

Windows mail contacts
On Outlook Express I had my contacts list display along the left side beneath
the folders list. With Windows Mail, it appears the only place for my
contacts is where the icon is in the toolbar. I have not been able to move
the contacts to the folders list - want to see all my contacts at once so i
can select which persons to send mail to. Any brilliance out there to be
shared?...

It has been brought to my attention that no one within my server is getting
the emails I send them. ie if I were to send myself an email. I do not get
any error message, and the email is in the sent box!!! help, many of my
contacts are on the same server as myself. I have also had trouble sending
email with picture attachment.

Why....?
In Windows mail, when I start entering an email address, they don't pop up
as I start writing them? They are already in my address book. In Outlook it
always did this and I like that feature.

unable to send email
At the end of my rope. Bought a new laptop for Christmas. Outbox won't send
and empty. Downloaded Vista 32 patch, error message that it is not
applicable to my system. I have verified my pop and smtp settings/ports with
my ISP. They won't help further since the email account works by logging
directly into charter's website. Inbound mail is fine, just can't send.
