Default Font
All of a sudden for no apparent reason, the default font I use when composing
messsages (Arial 10) is getting changed somewhere in cyberspace so that when
it arrives at the recipients inbox it has changed to Times New Roman. I have
just spent hours trying to solve this. Have tried all solutions for similar
problems on these groups as well as "Googling". So far nothing works. Can

use Micro. Office (it's the 60 day trial version, do not intend on keeping it
after 60 days). How do I set up my photo's to use only Windows Mail ? Any

Vista Home Premium x64, Windows Mail - Recommended AV/Security?
I'm running the 64 bit version of Vista Home Premium, and we are using
Windows Mail on the 4 user accounts on this PC. I've heard that the
McAfee suite packaged with the PC actually is incompatible with Mail.
Is there a consensus on a good AV/Security Suite compatible with the 64
bit version? I've seen AVG and AVAST recommended by another moderater,
but others say some bad things about AVG.
I'v...

Mail will not allow attachments
I'm having an issue with Mail refusing to attach files to emails. When
I hit the paperclip in Mail, nothing happens. If I try webmail, the
browse button doesn't do anything. However, I can send attached
documents direct from my word processor using the send email function.
I'm running Avast! as virus scanner, but all mail scanning is turned
off.
Can anyone suggest anything?

Setting up
I just got my new computer and am new to the world of Vista. In getting
around, I have found that for things such as Craiglist I cannot send emails.
It tells me to set up my email account(Windows). how do I do this. My MSN
email works fine, and some places like Facebook and Myspace I can send stuff
no problem. I guess I am confused as to why some work and others don't.
Anyways, how...

maintenance and rules problems
Hi O Wise Ones out there
I have set WM to delete newsgroups 14 days after downloading. This doesn't
seem to work. In order to de-clutter and generally speed up (or not slow
down) NGs, I need to manually delete messages. I have posted this question
before and not received any (useful) replies. This used to work as I
expected on a ME box using OE.
I have news rules set up to "kill file...
