e-mail
I no longer can send an e-mail. I keep getting an error message. I tried
sending it in Windows mail and in outlook. I get the following error message:

signing in to different e-mail accounts
I have 2 different accounts on windows mail. When I sign into one, the
second one is also accessible. I would like to have them seperate and have
to sign in to each one individually. How do I change this?...

I had cox internet service for a while and they had changed my settings for

unable to send windows email
Our email send/receive has worked fairly consistently for over two years.
'Send 'suddenly disabled itself about two weeks ago. We have made no changes
and comcast says it isn't their problem. We have read all of the postings
and are unable to find a solution that applies specifically to our problem -
the magical 587 also causes an error. thanks

Can't log on

Unable to forward multiple emails.
Hi. I receive many emails which I attempt to bridge to other people.
Since installing Vista (Home Premium 32), I cannot forward more than one
email at a time. I click two or more, and click Forward, or right click
and select send as attachment, and either way, there is a "Your server
has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this

every time i go to send mail or print a page a warning pops up saying i

Compacting Mail Further to earlier
Further to my earlier post, I have read all the previous posts on the

Windows Mail able to receive but not send.
Yet another sufferer from Windows Mail refusing to clear outgoing messages
but receiving incoming okay. Here is the error message I get:

To: button very slow
Everything in Windows Mail is working great except the to: button when
creating new email. When pressed the window pops up but remains blank for
approximately 17 seconds before displaying name, showing only the Busy
Hourglass. If I use the Contacts Button the display of names is
instantaneous. I have deleted the cache, but it did not help. I am only using
250+ contacts, so I do not think...

Compacting mail
Hi The following fault has recently appeared, when I close windows mail a
box appears "Windows can compact mail file" (or very similar) when I select
ok it starts, but about half way message "Windows mail has stopped "
then " Windows mail has started" message then relates to protection saying

This was strange....I tried to send a post to the group... and it said I had
to sign in (live messenger) .. why would I need to be signed into my

Microsoft mail
Very strange! I sent an email to a distribution list (BCC) that also
includes my address (for checking purposes). The email shows up in my "sent"
folder. But I don't get it in my Inbox. The email contains two web sites of
Google Docs that I created. Could this somehow be the reason? If so, why?
If not, what could be the problem?

message content disappears when I move them from inbox to sub-fold
When I open (or preview) the re-located message, the message content is
either: 1) not found, or 2) mirrors a different message. In other words, as
I select the messages in the "From" column, the preview pane shows a
different or no message at all.
Moving the message back to the "Inbox" does not help.
Each sub-folder has a different problem. For example:
