When wife tries to switch to her user it goes through the motions and ends up just showing a blue screen,with the cursor arrow. The cursor moves but has no function at all. When I tried to add a new user it went through all that it has to and told me it was going to set up the desk top. I've to wait for about 30 seconds before it is deleted. The same in Recycle Bin as well. I click on to delete file a text box drops down it says "calculating time remaing" and after about 20 to 30 seconds finaly being deleted. The file can be as small as few kb or a few MB'c.
