Access 2003 On Terminal Services
Hi - we are trying to install Access 2003 on a Terminal Server (Windows
Server 2003). Can we follow the same procedure as with Access 200 (MS Article
about creating a MST file)? Or is there some other steps to follow?
Thanks!

connecting to hyper-v child from a Windows XP machine
I have a hyper-v child running Server 2008. I need to connect to this
machine but RDP is out (the application I am hosting doesn't support RDP).
I need a client solution to see the 'console' of the machine (the one I get
to if I use the Hyper-V manager on the parent).
Thoughts?

Most of my machines are members of the ad.nicc domain. There is a one-way

Some of my machines are standalone.

Terminal Services and Access Database
I would like to setup a Terminal Server with access installed on it and have
clients connect to the server and have a certain database located on a
different server execute.
This is what I would like to happen.
The client logs onto the Terminal Server and automatically have the database
automatically start. After logging on, the only thing the use would have
access to is that data...

I'm suddently having a problem with an old Terminal Server (W2k).
One user that uses their attached printer daily - suddenly cannot connect to

One user can't maintain the default printer of their choice - any ideas?
I have one user out of 50+ that connects remotely to the terminal server
using their personal laptop. During their sessions the default printer
will reset to one of the installed server printers instead of remaining
the one they have selected as their default printer.
If they stay connected for the day, this happens 10+ times, none of the
other users report this problem.

Running Office 2007 on TS 2003
I upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007 company-wide.
This included my Terminal Server.
My users have roaming profiles and Office runs fine when they are working on
their desktops.
But most, if not all, have problems in word and in power point.
The programs crash, wanting to re-open in recovery mode.
This is logged in the Application event Log:

AD and moving TS profiles
We want to add our TS 2003 box to AD and during the process move user
profiles to the D: drive. Is there a tool or technique for moving the user
profiles to a differant drive?
Should we add the box to the domain first then move profile or visa versa.
Any insight would be appreciated.

RemoteApp's and certificate signing
Hello,
We recently installed a GTE CyberTrust SSL certificate onto our

for the end users).
The Web Server works perfectly no prompts; however the RemoteApp
Digital Signature does not see the certificate in the store; our old
self signed certificate is there just not the new certificate.
I have installed the certicate ...

Office 2007 Recent Documents setting
Our Terminal Servers have Office 2007 installed. At our clients end, their
"Recent Documents" setting is set to "0", and is greyed out, so they cannot
change this. Can someone direct me to a solution? I've been looking for a
registry change that I can apply through a Group Policy, but have not yet
found one.
Thanks for any assistance.
