Problem: I can connect and get an IP from the wireless router from all AP's
when they are wired (CAT5 cable) directly to the router. But I can't get an
IP when the AP is NOT wired to the router. I can't tel...

straight after that I had the problem or not. I did a system restore but it
still doesn't work. The strange thing is that the networks are detected via

How to detect bluetooth devices in range with WSALookupServiceBegin/Next (and not all remembered deveices)
Hi,
My Problem:
WSALookupServiceNext returns all remembered devices and not only the ones

I use

Turn off wireless??
Can the wireless radio be turned off in a Linksys WRT54G router? I have
a relative is is concerned about RF radiation (she is a cancer survivor
and I can't convince her otherwise), and I'm trying to get her to buy a
wireless router just in case she finds evidence in the future that will
convince her that it's not harmful. A wired only router seems less
versatile and provide less options....

how to let Windows user join the network
Hello. A friend of mine uses WEP connection at home office. The
encryption is only to discourage instead of forbid neighbors to access

His family uses Mac OS and Linux. His router, a comcast device, supports
only WEP and during set up, ask user for a passphrase. He enteres

Hello:
I am in the process of redesigning my wireless solution. I want to use
