Temporary Internet Files Setting
I keep setting my Temporary Internet Files to 512MB, something, LOC I think,
keeps setting it back to 128MB. I want it at 512MB. Can I tell LOC to stop
changing it, and if so, where?

Tuneup
This is really a nice little program that works very well on Vista. The only
draw back I have found is Onecare does not allow individual selection of
hard drives, it scans them all. I don't want my external drive scan and MS
stated a fix for this may be out with 2.0

help files?
I notice that within OneCare, if I click on links which should give me
information about some issue- such as, within Tune-up, I click on "Learn
more about Tune-up" or at the bottom, "What files does Tune-up remove?"- the
program goes to the net to a site called "Windows Live Help". I then see a
mostly white browser window -with a place to enter a search inquiry at the
upper left- below t...

Parental Control
Regarding the parental control with Live OneCare, you can download a beta
program that works in conjunction with OneCare. The program is on
Microsoft's website and it has parental controls in it. It's called Family
Safety, and it creates accounts that can be controlled by anyone with
administrator rights on your computer. Give it a try.

Tune up in the olden days
If I remember correctly, before Vista we could download a tune-up called one
care and it was free. Furthermore, at the end of the tune up the report
would show registry errors and you could click to correct them. This paid
for tune up does not mention anything about registry.

Technical support
I had a case where One Care would not stay open to access settings, and
contacted support and was instructed to reinstall. I followed instructions
and it resolved the problem.
I received several subsequent emails to "reply" to the email but when doing
so there is no return address when I selected reply. I cut and pasted the
address in the body, and replied. I called the toll-free number...
