Problem importing OE Identities
I just upgraded from OE to WLM on my WinXP system and found the loss of
Identities. I did not use Identities for separate incoming messages (all
messages come through the same incoming account and are split by the address
they are sent to). My use of Identities was to allow sending from different
addresses. My mail provider allows for "plused" addressing

WLM Cant attach anything!
I am unable to attach files or photos in WLM.
Been like this now for weeks and more!
I am running Beta SP2 on Vista Ultimate.
Same thing with Vista SP1.
Any ideas anyone? Seemed to work fine and then just dissapeared?

Lost all my contacts...how can I recover them?
Hello!
My computer crashed and I had to erase my C: disk. I had a backup of
all my /Documents and Settings/ Folder. When I reinstalled WLMD, I
got all my emails back, but the contacts are Empty... they do not
reproduce neither my Online Hotmail Contacts... How can I get them
back? where are they stored.... i probably have the file in my
backup..
please help me out!

Contact Problems
I have upgraded to Windows Live Mail Beta and Windows Live Messenger. But
the problem is that neither of these is showing my contacts (the message
says that uzair.javed@msn.com has no contacts). There was no such problem
with the previous version. Please address as soon as possible....

I wanted to move my messages from one e-mail account to another, but I always
receive the following messages when I tried to move several particular
messages:
An unknown error have occurred.

Import mail acounts from Outlook
Can somebody tell me how to import all my mail account settings from Outlook
to WLM? I can import the folders and emails, but it only seems to want to
import accounts from an internet account.

Windows Live Mail Desktop freezing & running slowly
I've noticed that for some reason over the past week or so my WLM desktop is
running really slowly & freezing.
I would have added the version # here, if I knew how to find it? Is anyone
else have WLM desktop issues like this please?

Problems with Windows Live Mail (Longish)
Apologies for this being so long. I've just started using Windows Live Mail,
having been used to using Windows Mail and before that Outlook Express, and
I've a couple of problems and questions.

Windows Hotmail Plus not working
Hello,
Does anyone else have this problem? All day, when I try to access my in
box, it says "Sign-in Error: Windows Live Hotmail was not able to sign in to
your account at this time. Please try again later." Help! It doesn't work
on my blackberry or any of my computers....

dependencies for WLPG
I installed the beta on my Vista machine and was shocked to see all the
dependencies required for the app. I think there was a Visual Studio
runtime, SQL Server CE, etc... Do all of these dependencies run at all
times, or just when WLPG is running?

Two day ago I suddenly started having occasional error messages indicating my
outgoing emails were not being sent. Incoming is working fine. The specific
message is as follows:

Log off/log out definitely in WLM 12.x (desktop).
Currently, I am using Windows Live Mail 12.0 (desktop) running Windows XP SP3.
How can I definitely log off/log out in WLM 12.0 (as with the e-mail account
of Hotmail.com/live.com, etc.)?
Pressing the "X" in the upper right corner is not enough as I can easily
(without a password!) log in/log on after the before mentioned action.
I am looking forward to any advice on this matter.

Windows Live Mail Desktop - User Interface Language
Hello,
My browser was configured with another language in addition to English when
I started the Live Mail setup, and now the Live Mail client user interface
shows menus, dialogue boxes, etc in that other language. I was wondering
whether I could somehow change the UI language of the Live Mail client back
to English without reinstalling it?
Please note that the OS language is English...

In 'quick view'/'all news' I'm showing 4 unread posts, 3 of which are
on this server. None of them seem to be in my downloaded messages. In
the message pane they show up as

Live mail and Linux
When I check my mail at MSN hotmail and try to respond to a message in my
in-box the area where I would type the message is grayed out.
It works fine on my windows vista machine but I need both operating systems.

I cannot empty the "sent items" folder
I am not trying to delete the folder only the items in the folder. Upon
opening the folder and seeing "sent items" in it there is not an option
to delete them. The "X" symbol (in the toolbar) for deletion is not
active and if you right click the folder it does not have an empty
option. I am using Windows Home Premium Vista 32 bit and Windows Live

Now New Email Notifcation ONLY when minized
Ok so ive made the change to WML, im used to thunderbird, but ive got vista
now so trying live mail. Seems to work aside from one issue.
If im running wlm without minizing it to the tray icon i get new email
notifications, if i select "hide window when indox is minized" i no longer
get any notification that ive got a new email. Is this a bug or by design?

WLM checks mail whenever network is connected
Ok, first, I'm not using any mail package to check/scan mail for spam. I'm
just using WLM to check Hotmail and several POP accounts. I have unchecked
the automatically check mail. My laptop has a wireless connection that
