Linksys DMA2200 and recorded and live TV "Vic" <nospam[ at ]nospam.com> 12/28/2008 8:43:06 AM My Vista Premium machine records and plays back TV programs in dvr-ms format and works great. However my brand new (and firmware updated) DMA2200 just gives the following message when I try to play them back. "Files neededto display video are not installed or not working properly". I have my firewall turned off (AVG) and I am using the Windows firewall which has "Media Center Extenders" as an exception. Any ideas? Happ New Year to all. Vic

Then within the Extender environment, you can delete the affiliation information from the Extender, as well. Then re-run Extender setup.
