Automatic Windows Update installation in Win 2003 "DD" <darshan.diora[ at ]infrasofttech.com> 12/19/2008 2:45:11 PM Hi, I have configured in group policy Auto download and schedule on install at 13:00 but still it notifies at the client for installation of the Windows update. I have checked with rsop.msc on the client site which shows this policy has been applied but still it do not aoutomatically install the windows update from my WSUS 3 server, i have enable the no auto restart of logged on users which is the requirement. what could be the issue . regards DD

If no, add this restriction to your GPO. Force the clients to look to the WSUS server for updates.
