If Ultimate is installed onpartition D, your best bet would be to transfer any files you want to keep from the drive and reformat the drive. You can store the files on C partition if they will fit, then transfer them back after the format. You can also use an external drive. Otherwise, you can delete the Vista files from the D drive. Make sure that your C partition is the active, system drive before doing anything with the D partition. You can use the msconfig (search) boot section to delete the entry for the deleted system.
