Ben,
What you are performing the playback in? If it is win Media (whihc i guess
it is) then you probably will wnat to downoad the Win media Codec package
whihc you can find on the MS website. Serach for Media Codec package in the
download section and chosse the relevant package for the version of media (9,
10 or 11).
This will usaully be the reason.
