Is this a stand alone machine or is it joined to a domain? If it's a
stand alone right-click on the hard disk and click on Properties and
then click on the Quota tab and disable quotas.
If the machine is login on to a domain then clear out the junk in your
user profile, get rid of temporary files, Internet History files, empty
your Recycle Bin, etc... CCleaner may be of help to you:
