You could post a message. However, ethernet is not wireless. A better choice would be windows.public.windowsxp.network_web. You will find more LAN questions asked and answered there.
For downloading from a camera, I prefer using a card reader and windows explorer.

It's a very sophisticated camera not available to the public.
