Media Server? "Stefano" <stef.idea[ at ]libero.it> 12/3/2008 1:09:48 PM Hi i need to configure this scenary: I want a pc on my network connected to my stereo, let's call it server I want to be able to play from any other pc on my network media files (located in the client,in a nas or in the server itslef) on this server...meaning that the sound would come out from the server itself,..played from the stereo then IMPORTANT! THe media has not to be played on the client that execute the media but it has to be played by the server, therefore listened in the stereo connected to it Of course i need a software who would let me configure and manage a media catalogue, and that would be able to manage the queues...meaning that more user form different clients may want to execute different media, and they have to be in a queue and executed according to that queue! WHat kind of software do that?any suggestion for particular ones? Thanks a lot!
