Adding narration to a DVD

Is it possible with XP to add narration to an already existing DVD? If so,
how?

I guess you are referring to a Video DVD? One that
plays in a free standing DVD player? The answer is
no.

You would have to RIP the DVD and edit the content
as needed and then burn a new Video DVD using the
new files.
