shrinking mp3 files General 12/26/2008 3:25:00 PM I am posting this question here because I use my MP3 files a lot with my movies (after converting them). The problem is I made the mistake of ripping my music to MP3 format with a 192 kbs bit rate. Now I am running out of storage. Does anybody know how to convert a 192 kbs file to a 128 kbs file? I googled it and founs lots of "freeware" but I do not trust most of it. I was hoping Windows Media Player or iTunes could do it. Any suggestions?
