Movie Maker only imports *.wmv files JackSpence <guest[ at ]unknown-email.com> 11/17/2008 11:25:51 PM My OS is Vista Home Basic. I have tried the pre-installed MMkr (6.0)and downloaded MMkr 2.6. In both cases the only type of file I can import is a *.wmv. When trying to import *.mpg, *.avi type files it tells me I don't have the right codecs on my laptop to play these files even though they play fine in Windows Media player. Any ideas?
