Hi,
A) How long did you wait after the initial setup screen? It can take quite some time to get to the next one on some systems as it evaluates the hardware. I've seen delays as long as 12 minutes. If using sata drives, what mode are they in? You may need to switch to ide (legacy) versus ahci.
B) What is your memory configuration? How many sticks and how many slots are filled? ie: Are you running 2x1GB in 4 slot configuration? 4x512MB? It can make a difference when all slots are filled, sometimes removing some is the answer.
C) Have you checked for a BIOS update for your system?
