Can't rename folders (all of a sudden!) milrod 12/22/2008 7:07:02 PM XP Media center, 1.5 year old HP laptop. Suddenly can't rename folders. Right clicking on folder, there is no "rename" option anymore. Clicking on dropdown "File" tab, "rename" is grayed out. What to do? (Why do things change? Did the last Windows update screw something up?) This is not a networked laptop. I am the administrator (or at least have been all along!).
