This is a Mac (macintosh) newsgroup, and your PC keyboard is stuck in
uppoer case, so I recommend you buy a Mac to participate correctly ;-)
The problem you've described is almost always solved by updating the
driver software for your video card. That software would be on the
support site of the PC manfacturer, for example Dell, HP and so on.
Alternatively, you could check the device type in Start -> Control
Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager
It would often be labelled as ATI/AMD, Intel or NVidia. All of those
(chipset) manfacturers hold appropriate driver software for video
cards they manfacture.
