Internet Explorer Access Denied error Brad 12/28/2008 1:51:00 PM We recently started experiencing a problem only with our Thin Client (Terminal Server) trying to use internet explorer. When one tries to get onto Internet Explorer, they are getting this error: Access Denied Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL I believe this has something to do with a change in the group policy (that I did not do and I am not aware of). Can anyone provide me any information to look at here? I would post this to the terminal server group, but I am sure they would redirect me here. Also, this problem seems to be intermitent. Is that a pop up message from IE or a error site within IE instead of the site? Check rsop.msc on the client - it lists the policies that are in place for the machine and user. Meinolf already posted the "path" the policy could be configured. Check to see whether this or another IE path is configured to restrict it.
