This icon is staying put its not going anywhere I think its possessed! Re: HOTMAIL ICON Donna 12/18/2008 9:33:01 PM I have finally figured out why I cannot change the icon My hotmail icon takes me directly into my hotmail account, I don't have to sign in or enter a password - I go directly to my email inbox thus this shortcut icon is password and account sensitive and it CANNOT be changed unless I create a new shortcut which takes me to Hotmail to sign in but I prefer being able to get to my inbox rightaway so I will now just leave it as is and continue on with my life, Thanks to all who tried to help.
