I recently moved our streaming efforts from a Win 2K3 Stnd server to a
Windows 2K8 Stnd. We service about 500 listners concurrently with minimal
problems, except that mobile listeners are no longer able to connect at all.
I tought this was a problem specific to HTC smart phones but have found all
the phones I have tested a varity of windows mobile 6 based smart phones and
all get a "Could not connect error". It is very important that our VPs be
able to monitor the streams.
