capturing WMP on screen in WME Audioeditor 12/20/2008 3:43:01 AM Probably everyone does this but I can't get it to work. Local TV station provides link to news story that's showing in WMV. I can't capture it with camtasia studio so I'm trying with WME's capture screen module. Remember the clip is playing on WMP and I've zoned the region I want on the WMP player's screen. I get audio on each capture but no video. I'm wondering if like Camtasia Studio, WME can't capture a screen on WMP? If, I try it on a static portion of the screen, it captures that just fine, so I'm wondering if my playback on WMP needs to be a certain screen resolution in order to work? If this just won't work, someone please tell me, but it seems like if anytihng could capture a video on WMP, it would surely be WME! Please help me find a way to capture this news clip. It is not downloadable but plays very nicely in real time and would certainly be caputrable somehow. I just can't figure out the how. I'm on XPPro SP2 with WME 9 and I think WMP10.
