ScriptCommand Issue
RajeshP 11/13/2008 11:16:32 AM
Hi,

I'm encoding a desktop capture using WME where i'm passing scriptcommand.
while play back i can able to retrieve the scriptcommand. I'm edit the video
and re-encoding the file. In this the scriptcommand is not getting fired
while playback.

In windows media file editor (on the encoder program menu), try
loading the file, choose the option to move script commands to (file)
header. Re-save as a different filename and test it out from there.

In the file editor you should be clearly able to see the position of
script commands and markers just below the timeline, to confirm they
were actually added.

If they're not present due to some unlikely failure, you can add them
in the file editor (usually as TEXT or URL script command types)

HTH
Cheers - Neil
