Vista can't see a cd Steveoo <guest[ at ]unknown-email.com> 12/7/2008 12:36:36 AM Running vista home premium x64 on a toshiba A305-s6837 When i put an audio cd in it doesnt auto play or anything, if i open itunes no disk shows up. When i open computer or try and explore the disk it ejects saying insert disk. if i open windows media player it can see the disk and play it. same for dvd's. originally i thought it was a hardware problem but now have no idea. When i insert a Cd-r itunes can burn to it also. Any ideas how to fix this? -- Steveoo

Audio cd to import songs using iTunes Enhanced Cd- Ask me every time Dvd- Play DVD movie using TOSHIBA DVD PLAYER is it possible thats the problem, i cant even explore the disk using vista nor if i do properties when a disk is in there does the disk appear. -- Steveoo
