trying to restore factory settings Kevin 12/29/2008 9:18:01 PM I have two systems with xp 2002 on them. I want to clean them out completely using the restore factory settings option. But when the dell splash screen comes up, I press and release CTRL and F11 at the same time, but nothing happens. Any helpfull advice on how else I can get this accomplished? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.. Thank you
