Thanks for you r response. I tried what you said and as soon as I clicked on the No. 12 I got yhre same error message as I said before! I then copied the file you identified to my C drive and was given the option to 'Merge' which seemed like the only way ahead. I clicked this but unfortunatley the problem error message and inability to download has not gone away!
...is there anything else I can try?
