Each time I start IE7 the privacy settings are reset to the lowest level
(all cookies).
*This happens even in WinXP safe mode.
*It happens everytime I start IE from the start menu or desktop shortcut.
For example if I start a second instance of IE then the privacy settings are
reset.
*It doesn't happen when if I select a URL to "open in a new window".
*I've scanned my PC with every Adware and spyware tool I can find (Spybot,
PestPatrol, Spyware Blaster, NIS, Trend MicroHousecall, Adaware).
*I've tried "override automatic cookie handling"
Anyone know of a cause/fix for this?
Please don't suggest Firefox. I'll do that if I can't find a fix.
