I havea Lifecam 5000-VX and I cannot get it to take photos or more
impotrantly, vieo clips. I followed all the suggestions in the help file but
only lowering the resolution from 640x480 helped a bit (able to zoom in and
out now but still unable to capture photos or video. Updating Windows Media
Player seemed to sart the problems. I have a good static picture on the
monitor but I am unable to record anything. Any ideas are most welcome.
