Placement of Scanned Photos in a Folder HELP! Leeanne C. 12/1/2008 5:54:00 AM I am scanning photos and slides into Windows XP using an Epson V500 photo scanner. The destination for these photos is the D drive, in a sub-folder. I am not using Photo Gallery. The newest scans in any session appear near the top of the open folder, not at the bottom, in numerical order. (The scanner numbers them in numeric order). This causes me to highlight and drag each group of new scans to the bottom of the open folder. There are also times when the order of the photos in the folder are mixed up at different times of opening the folder, even if I have numbered all the photos sequentially. I have over 1000 scans done, and this has been a constant problem.
