outlook express errors sid 12/28/2008 7:00:12 AM When I try to read or send emails with outlook express I frequently get the message outlook express has encountered a problem and needs to close we opoligise for the inconvenience.Have had this problem for a long time and Microsoft keeps telling me to download this update or that update but I nave service pack 3 and all available updates as far as I know.if anyone can help would be very grateful. thank you

When you get "encountered a problem" message, there is usually a "click here" link to see the error report. When you click on the link, it will give a message that will list the Appname XXXX and Modname YYYY. The XXXX and YYYY are important to identify the cause and solution. erroe message in outlook express sid 12/29/2008 3:32:01 AM Thanks bruce but when I looked for the problem on the Microsoft website it said to download a certain file,can,t remember the number but when I tried to download it I was told I allready had a later version on my computer so that did not work .The next time I get the message I will get the report thanks for help[
