There aren't a lot of messages here on NTP for X64. Is there a favored program for doing this?

What are you trying to accomplish? Be a time server? Or time client? If client, use the built in time client, it works fine. If server, I honestly haven't seen one that was x64 specific, though I'm sure there must be one out there.
