Security update will not install KB954430 Error Code: 0X02 bdevine 12/18/2008 5:10:02 AM I was having some updates to fail to install. I got all of them to install by reinstalling windows installer except the security update. One of the updates was SP3. The update that is failing is for SP2. I also noticed that the Add & Remove programs will not open. Version MS Windows XP Pro Version 2002 SP3
