I recently built a new computer and installed a fresh copy of Win XP on a new hard drive and it installed IE 6. I know that it has since done some updating, but now I can't log onto the Chase.com website. I can get to their home page, but once I put in my user name and password, it errors out on me every time I have tried it so far. It says Internet Explorer caused an error ...., and I have to choose to Send report or Don't sent.
How can I fix this? I can access this site from other computers in the house, just not this main one.
Thanks, Shona

Version IE 6.2.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.080814-1233
I am running McAfee but have been running in previously when I was able to access this particular page. I suspect it is an IE issue but not quite sure how to fix it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Shona

You also have the option to [click here] after which you could capture the Error Signature with a doubleclick, Ctrl-a to select all its text and then Ctrl-c to copy it to your ClipBoard.

Hi, 1. If the McAfee program includes a firewall, make sure it's not blocking port 443.
2. Clear the Temporary Internet Files.
