I've been converting AVI files to WMV and lately they have not been synching.
The Audio starts fine but the movie usually starts at the 20 or 30 min mark
as if the encoding process clipped the beginning.
I have been using Bit Rate VBR for Video and CBR for Audio (for some reason
Bit Rate VBR has been causing error in the audio part).
I have had movies start off just fine at the beginning before that have been
converted, now every AVI file starts off in the wrong place.
The mark in/ mark out tab is correct and starts at 0:00:00, I can't think of
why it does this short of uninstalling and reinstalling.
