How can anyone help you without knowing what *program* you're using to read the exam information? If you are using a browser like Internet Explorer to read this stuff on a webpage, try a different browser such as Firefox.
If you are using a different program, say what it is, including the *version*.
Another approach might be to change your mouse scroll from the standard 3 lines to 1 line.
These are just speculations because telling us about arrows is pretty useless without telling us how you're reading the information.
