Dear Maypo,
You might try the following, in order. Test a YouTube video after each step to see if the problem is resolved. If it is, you should not take any more steps:-
1) In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu select 'Internet Options'. Click the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Multimedia section. Ensure that 'Play sounds in webpages' is checked
2) Right-click your Volume icon in the notification area of your taskbar and select 'Open Volume Control'. Make sure the 'Playback' and 'Wave' volume sliders are up full, and that these volume controls are not muted
3) Install the latest Flash plug-in from this location: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash, and make sure is enabled in Internet Explorer
4) Install the latest driver for your sound card from the manufacturer's web site
5) Install the latest version of DirectX
If none of the above works, I would take your computer back to the shop responsible for your problem and demand that it is fixed forthwith and without charge.
