pay attention to the message closely i had that problem as well. you need to figure out what you are supposed to upgrade from. I dont recommend ultimate but if you want to install it start with the windows vista "I had to have vista basic bfore i could upgrade to ultimate" that it says you need then you need to access your digital locker click on vista ultimate then click install and follow the instructions
