Install the Flipt4Mac WMV codecs for QuickTime. They are free and do a fairly good job.,

Apple doesn't offer any solution for Windows Media files and Microsoft completely abandoned WMP for Mac. Flip4Mac is made by a company called Telestream (and is actually *also* available through the MS site: they agreed to host the files).
